Texas isn’t known for its Fall colors or Autumn temperatures, but Texans sure do love to play up the season! Pumpkin Spice Lattes anyone? Check. Plaid blanket scarfs? Check. “Cuddle Weather” mug? Check.

But the best thing about fall in Texas is that as the cooler weather makes its first appearances, there is nothing better than cuddling with your pets under a warm and comfy blanket, snuggled in with your “Fall Y’all!” mug of apple cider. And after the year we’ve had, you’re going to need as much furry love as possible.

If not, no pressure, just please consider shelter or rescue pets anytime you are searching for the next big love of your life. The one you’re going to fall head over heels for.

Dogs can be adopted for $40 and cats can be adopted for $20. Adopted dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated before they can go to their new homes.
