Pups? Pizza? Love? How can it get any better folks? We are teaming up with Russo's NY Pizzaria in The Woodlands (virtual hugs to them) to help you find true FOSTER LOVE with #nosocialdistancingrequired. It’s simple really, first peruse our albums and find a pup (or kitty) that makes your heart skip a beat. And you know that if a pet catches your eye like a big pizza pie, well fam, that’s amore so schedule an appointment to meet and possibly take home your new fur friend, no pressure. Next, send us an email at gonetothedogsmcas@gmail.com with some fun pics of your foster in #staycation mode along with a little bit of personality info and we will email you back a Russo’s voucher. Then BAM...you and your foster will be having that first date over a big pizza pie – or pasta – or calzones – well you get the idea.
Our cover dog is Diamond is still looking for a foster home. Get more info about Diamond.
Vouchers will be accepted at the Russo’s in Conroe on College Park and expire on April 30.

This campaign combines humor, food, and a meaningful message very effectively. Hopefully it helped many shelter dogs find caring foster families.
A temporary foster home can make a major difference for a dog by providing safety, companionship, and a break from the shelter environment.
It is great to see a local business supporting animal welfare in such an approachable and positive way.
Offering a simple community reward can bring much more attention to an important cause and encourage people who have never considered fostering before.
Fostering gives shelter dogs a calmer environment and helps them become better prepared for adoption into a permanent home.
