After 90 days in the shelter and often too afraid to leave her kennel, Savannah is finally ready for the toughest part of her journey--heartworm treatment! The treatment is sponsored by The Heartworm Foundation of Montgomery County, TX. Savannah has a wonderful foster, Teri, who has given her a warm place to live, is helping her to trust humans again and will nurture her through the treatment. Can you help?
